  • Governance Committee Overview

    The Governance Committee engages in ongoing Board development and self-management and is responsible for ensuring effective Board engagement and intentional revitalization. The Committee supports good governance by involving Board members in ongoing education and regular self-assessment of the Board’s performance and by organizing social time for the Board. The Committee also oversees matters of formal governance, including changes in policy and by-laws.
