Sadie Nash Leadership Project’s mission is to strengthen, empower, and equip young women and gender-expansive* youth of color as agents for change in their lives and in the world.
Over 25 years, we have provided more than 10,000 young people with free leadership development, afterschool, summer, and post-secondary readiness programs that inspire, uplift, and empower them. We serve 700+ young people annually, ensuring young leaders have the skills and opportunities to reach their full potential and provide them with the tools and guidance to pursue their dreams, while addressing crucial social justice issues that profoundly impact them and their communities.
*The term “gender-expansive” classifies youth who do not identify with traditional gender roles but are otherwise not confined to one gender narrative or experience.
