SADIE NASH LEADERSHIP PROJECT MOVES TO NEW OFFICE IN NEW YORK CITY

New York, NY- This month, Sadie Nash Leadership Project has officially moved into their new office at 247 W 37th Street. The move comes after 13 years at their previous NYC office on West 43rd Street. The new office marks a new stage in Sadie Nash’s history, as the organization is set to celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2027.

Since its inception, Sadie Nash has supported over 10,000 young women and gender-expansive youth in stepping into their leadership skills across NYC and Newark, NJ. This past year, Sadie Nash supported over 800 Nashers, with 4 programs being hosted directly at the NYC office. After completing Sadie Nash programming, Nashers consistently outpace the national baseline in leadership confidence — by as much as 46%.

As demand for Sadie Nash's transformative leadership programming continues, the new office represents an investment in the organization's future and the next generation of leaders. Featuring two upgraded classrooms and dedicated workspace for its growing staff, the expanded office will allow Sadie Nash to host multiple classes simultaneously, reduce its reliance on external venues, and create more opportunities for youth programming, alumni engagement, and community events.

“We’re thrilled for our new space, and building on our 25 year legacy of feminist leadership and community organizing, we hope to transform it into a feminist leadership hub, where Nashers, alumni, and community members can gather, collaborate, and build collective power.” - Tené Howard

As part of this vision, Sadie Nash plans to offer affordable meeting and event space to smaller youth-led groups, extending its commitment to nurturing the next generation of changemakers beyond its own programming.

To celebrate this milestone, Sadie Nash will host a community Open House on December 4, 2026, welcoming Nashers, alumni, staff, and supporters to inaugurate the new space and envision its future together.
